Adam's Comfort Agreement
This agreement covers both cooling and heating maintenance on your HVAC system and one plumbing inspection performed during one of those visits if requested.
There are two options to pay for your comfort agreement. All agreements will auto-renew unless you cancel in writing (email or letter).
Heating and cooling systems require regular maintenance to run smoothly and efficiently just as your car needs regular oil changes. Your HVAC system is one of the most expensive components of your home, so it makes sense to take care of it. A well-maintained system runs more efficiently, and regular maintenance helps identify and fix problems before they cause breakdowns.
In addition, as an Adams Comfort Agreement Customer, you will receive a 15% discount if any repairs are needed during the year. Below is a list of what is included in your maintenance agreement appointment.
Air Conditioning Maintenance
Inspect the following:
- Operating pressures
- Voltage and amperage to motors
- Air temperature drop
- Air filtration
- Start capacitors and relays
- Compressor
- Contractor
- Wiring connections
- Thermostat
- Safety float switch
- Condensate Drain – Flush if needed
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
